Lane, I think the other important point that should not be overlooked in this is that Japanese economic policy is likely to act as a bellweather for most all of the Pacific rim market based emerging countries. Malaysia, Korea, Thailand, Phillipines, even Vietnam will now not erect roadblocks for fear of being left behind.(What happens w/Hong Kong may be still up for grabs)
That the US government would invest so much resourses and initiative into establishing global policy is a clear indication that this shift in the way global commerce is conducted is for real and is virtually here.
If anybody knows of another company better positioned to take advantage of this change than PNLK, I sure wish they would let me know.
