Joe -- TXN bought Amati. Eric -- the law suit was brought by "ambulance chasers." All taken care of by TI. All's well. Just got back from Cymer's annual meeting. A fantastic company with 85% of the DUV photolithography market. I'll do a write-up on the thread when I get time. Later -- Pat
