I think if you eat meat you have to come to terms with the idea that a more evolved lifeform could reasonably come along and eat us using the rationale we use on other animals. As long as that is OK with you I think you are ethically entitled to eat anything you want. Hey, you can cook and eat your neighbors as long as you are willing to accept the consequences- probably some pretty heavy jail time if you are caught. I don't advocate this of course, and it wouldn't fit into my ethical system, because I try not to do unto others what I don't want done to me, but rationally I see very little difference between higher animals and people, so I would have to say that cannibalism doesn't seem all that different to me from eating a dolphin.
