Kevin, this is what I thought: as you and Jim are the head of Top Dog, you have the right to call companies and request information for the newsletter.

So, you called PKGP (before the BAN) and spoke with the President, Mr Richard Altomare. He gave you, in full details, his Business Plan for the NEW future of the company. But in exchange, he told you to wait for his OK (green light), before anything were published.

Of course, you agree immediatly with his conditions.
Then come the ban and company told us "no information for stockholders, stock brokers or REPORTERS" (this last one you).

And you really keep your word like a gentleman...!!!!

The bottom line is, you knew everything since day one.

How much wrong am I?...........:} :} :}
