C'mon David, I know you're smarter than that. Go re-read the part about the conversion price being 86% of the average of the 3 lowest bids in the previous 22 days. That's what makes me think it's floorless. Are you really willing to grasp at any straw? This is typical of the type of financing that has diluted the shareholders interest in a progressive fashion. I used to think very highly of you, now I'm not so sure your not just a shill whose purpose it is to distract the gullible from the reality of this company. In December, they said they had no intention of issuing more of this garbage. Well, there it is. I expect the full 50 million shares to be issued before you know it. If the historical pattern holds true, shareholders will have nothing but a lower share price, and promises of "potential", and "real earnings just around the corner". Just my opinion though. Barb
