Don,
Both Lotemax and Alrex are Pharmos products, which compete against other drugs in their respective classes. Therefore, Dr. cappiello suggests that Alrex may be more competitive against its competition than lotemax. That's his opinion and it's instructive to see things through a professional's eyes. either way, the post is positive with respect to Pharmos.
