David and Barb, I've seen these things before. I think you're both right to an extent. Tricky terms... The 86% discount to market makes you think it is a floorless, but the 4.99% of the company terms makes you think twice. As I see it, the holder will convert up to its maximum (1 million or so shares) and then it will have to wait until Osicom issues more shares to convert the rest so that the 4.99% of the company will be more shares. Kind of floorless, kind of not. Grant
