Interesting thought.

Then again, if the share buy back would increase Teo's stake then perhaps CRUS management would want to do that to activate the poison pill defense and thus nullify Teo's threat.

I've never taken accounting so you probably no more about this than I do. Has anyone here ever seen one of these defenses activate and what effect did it have on the small shareholders?
