I'll answer this post later, but I went to the NIAR page and they have removed the e-mail address.(NIAR1@juno.com)

I tried to send an e-mail and it was returned. Would you please call Tom and see how we can mail him. I have sent the copies to The Florida State Comptrollers Office and the Florida State Attorney Generals Office. I think it only fair to send it to NIAR and IRAE.
