James, I've been a lurker, but finally paid my dues. It was my understanding (maybe incorrectly) that the $250m bonds would be used to help finance new deals (increased leverage from our view), but it sounds like this was just to refinance old debt. Any enlightenment appreciated. Bad day on paper here with RECY and APCO. Ouch!! John
