James, we do not have much disagreement on this. I try and keep my short term move to intrinsically strong stocks (like CSCO , VECO and few others) when they get carried down by the market. But right now and until mid to late June, I am stepping aside. I may jump back into HAUP if I can get it in the 10 to 10.5 area, and I am also watching to jump back into THQI on a panic to the low 20'. APM, I have not seen the climax yet. Maybe we need a 10 MM shares day and a crash through 5 to get me interested in a DCB. Zeev
