AGM Date: June 23, 1998 around 10:00am Location: Albany Club, Toronto Agenda: Report to shareholders 1997 result BIT's latest development: China Projects North American Projects 1998 Strategy & Goals Stock price is base on supply & demand of the stock at any point in time in the open market. Due to small public float, sometimes the stock price does not reflect the true value of the company. In my opinion, the stock is trading below the true value and this is an excellent opportunity for investor who wish to accumulate BIT stock. As I mention before, 1998 is going to be our turnaround year. My investment in 1997 is base on both future earning potential and true value of the company. I am optimistic that our 1998 result confirm the above.
