There may be some negotiations going on and with lawyers involved, delays are pretty common....I am in the software and hardware business, have been for 22 years, and delays are the rule. Right now, I am sure it is in contractual talk stage....just be patient and don't hang your hat on this thing. It is one of only many positive things going on here.
