Lee L, Can I rephrase Steve Farbers question to you. It sounds like you have been through a sebl implementation. How would you rank the complexity/cost of the sebl implementation vs. some of the other app software you have there in-house. Hopefully you've got somebodys ERP, the Sebl SFA stuff, maybe CIS or helpdesk, and then some other apps like a WMS which is probably an old architecture type of product. How would you rate them, 1 to 5, in terms of the implementation?

I would really like to get my hands on the sebl architectual documents. It is unclear to me how SFA can be so difficult to implement. There is no way SFA can be as complex as say, a multi-tier bom explosion in ERP. I do know from my brief experience with writing commission systems that sales doesn't like any rigid structure placed on their processes, maybe thats the problem.
