The Yahoo thread, for what it's worth, has message from someone who claims he had dinner with Rogers 2 days ago, and a second message regarding discussion with Mary Conway on May14. Both were allegedly told that financials would be out "soon".
Someone needs to call and see what "soon" means. We don't want a "guarantee" on a date for disclosure, just a general time frame (i.e., less or more than a month) . Should also ask about: (i) status of Rogers, (iii) rumor he is back at Laptop Solutions , and (iii) if any truth to transition, ask why the change and who is in charge of Zulumedia/NETZ, if Rogers is back at Laptop.
If someone will do that, I will try to figure out what rights shareholders have under Utah law to disclosure about basic information re company, officers, directors, etc. |
