I agree with you. And there are so many times when an 'interior' support/resistance line, once crossed, becomes it's 'evil-twin' if the price tries to reverse direction ie a support line becomes a resistance line somewhere down the time line and vice versa. I use the term 'interior' to mean those support/resistance lines that can be drawn within the overall context(boundaries) of a bullish or bearish trading channel ie a stock can develop a bullish trading patterns while still below the overall bearish trading channel resistance channel just as a stock can evolve bearish trading patterns while still above the overall bullish trading channel support line.
