Grobnette,

Thanks for the info...

I really have no idea what earnings will look like. I'll be concerned if revenues don't increase by more than 5% or so. I don't think that the DVD-Rom decoder board has been selling so well, but I'd say that it should beat sales of the product in the last quarter. DVD is starting to really ramp up to some pretty good sales, but I don't think the big sales will come until next quarter.

The wildcard for this quarter is the Netstream. I have little access to data about this card because it is totally in the corporate market. Again, I'd say that revenues for this card should be higher than last quarter also.

Gross margins should improve also from our new chip that we have incorporated with the Hollywood Realmagic Decoder Board.

Overall, there are lots of question marks, but just for fun I'll guess an increase of 10% on sequential revenues and earnings close to break even. Sound good?

Grant
