TO:Blue Horseshoe FROM: SJB Sources I know spoke to Ros McGrarrty this date. They have not renogiated their lease as of yet with landlord. I believe they have not paid their rent in over six months but can not verify this. They can not apply for a casino license until they have a valid lease. Who knows wheen they will have ever a new lease yet a lone a casino linse, let a lone an operating casino. This is a dream that will become an investors nightmare.
