Mohan, The only "problem" is that the Kashmiris might (will?) choose to be independent from both Pakistan and India. There is not a lot of love lost between the average Kashmiri and Pakistan. So what happens then? How will the two smartened up "idiots" deal with that? My last visit to Kashmir was just before the recent troubles in 1989. It is such a beautiful place and Kashmiris are such a wonderful people. What has happened to them is a tragedy.
