It's been busy.. believe me.
The word "conspiracy" is - as I have had my knuckles rapped about - is what one might think, (I don't remember the post that you mention) but the opposition appears to like litigation, and I don't need that at the moment.
More to the point though, you're right about the implications of how to proceed.. no question about to the death.. the Plan has been mooted, and as we suspected, the IMES shareholders are left with ZERO, that is nada, nothing. Not even a smell.
But.. there has been an objection filed on behalf of the shareholders and NOTHING happens there unless and until the Judge wills it.
There are some material things that the Committee are hoping to do, and I am now in a position that I simply can't say very much about it all.
Simply BELIEVE that there is a very substantial ground swell of effort that is being expended on a continuing basis. The whole story WILL be out when it's all over, and there's still every reason to hope that it can be in favor of IMES.
We will post what we can - when we are permitted. There are very real constraints while it is going on, however.
