To All: Does anyone know the names of lawyers who are attempting to put together the class action lawsuits againt the BICO directors?

It looks like they are an arogant group. They ignore the FDA request for an in-home study, they do not seem to be making any real attempt to market potentially big selling products like the Barnacle-Ban paint, but they pay themselves exceeding large salaries financed by stock sales.

I have been a BICO owner for a year. I bought in during the hype over last year's FDA submission. I was willing to forgive them their bad science the first time, but now I have to begin to wonder. I mean, they knew that the FDA wanted an in-home study, yet they went ahead with this submission anyway.
