ML does not cover MRVC. The guy who covered YURI for ML has been on the last two conference calls and he co-authors with Bellace. FWIW, ML is a two edged sword. Ask anyone holding chip makers today. Comments by Kurlak spilled over into non-PC related chip makers. Bellace is better and more even handed, but his flip-flop on ASND last summer cost long term investors plenty as they first bought into the stock and then were not as quick to leave when ASND ran into troubles. I would say that the Cascade acquisition was not adequately covered and it's implications were also missed by ML. ASND's intermediate term rating was raised to "accumulate" from neutral on April 15th. Where the hell were they when the stock was selling in the mid 20's??? PS, you pay a commission of almost 2% for this "service".
