In case anyone is still following CSTR...

from report of a few weeks ago...

The Vons relationship involves 250 stores in southern California...

Vons is a subsideary of Safeway which they feel is an indication that CSTR is starting to penetrate that chain...
Safeway has over 1300 stores in U.S. and Canada...

The rollout to Kash&Kary in Tampa was affected by a change in ownership (bought by Food Lion) and the 250 unit rollout was slightly delayed...

as such machine installs were temporarily slowed (around 80 fewer)
in 1st quarter and approx 1 million less in revenues...but with efficiencies improving in margins to the mid 30% range
earnings were unaffected...

They believe the 2000 machine install for the year is still on track...

They also feel that with the company closing in on EBITDA break-even...during third quarter...which will be a big turning point in the company's history...with the stock trading at the current 8-9 dollar range and the discounted net earnings model which will kick in
with EBITDA break-even of 15-17 dollars that smart money will buy in advance of this event...
