If you read what I just posted to Stretch, you will see the basis upon which I say that EUTO has not shown any improvement and why I do not understand the optimism expressed by the few people on this thread.

I no longer call Brad, since I have been lied to in the past. You ask what my facts are...ok..here they are, although they have been stated so many times.

Fact 1

Brad lied to me directly and to other shareholders about the 50 million shares.

Fact 2

The 50 million share issue has been outstanding for almost 6 months since the company sent the 30 day letter. No resolution has been announced, no law suit filed, and no update of substance has come from the company.

Fact 3

EUTO reissued all the retired shares twice and increased the float back over 94 million shares

Fact 4

EUTO has signed one contract in the 5 months of 1998, when Brad told me personally that they would be successful in 1998 and would close 6 contracts in 1998.

Fact 5

Santiago Cigar was not a successful deal and has not happened.

Can you show me where any of those facts are not true?

You say you visited the company and met with Brad. Can you give me a fact from that visit that tells you EUTO is becoming successful or addressing their problems.

True you don't know me. I am not asking you to believe my opinion. I really have tried to deal with facts (although a major loss of money can cause emotions at times). I don't know if it is a good or bad thing to be in your book. Is it a little black one? If so, you just got lucky!!!!

Remember, I am not your enemy...just a fellow shareholder who sees things differently than you.
