With the lousy performance of this stock - as a
disgruntled shareholder I would like to state for the record
that I strongly object to any more stock option grants.

There is no use blaming TomK.

The company has not delivered over the last few quarters - I fail
to see why anyone should be rewarded with stock options.

If anyone wants to quit -let them go, I say.
