Tom,
Thank you for posting, still fighting for all our rights.
IMES is our property. It ought not be allowed to be stolen without a fight, hell, that would be as UnAmerican, as the theft itself! Whether its your family's savings, your stock, your pocketbook- hell, guys show a little backbone in defending your property! You need to come to understand how the skirts of the law have been used to hide what has been going on for months now. A little effort in that direction will commit you to do something- make your point where it counts. Demand some decency from those in our justice system handling this sordid miscarriage.
As far as Mr. Stern is concerned, he probably considered dropping out of this disgusting display of corporate greed long ago. In my heart, I know he has swallowed hard and stayed to help us struggle on against hellish odds, because of the kind of person he is. He is a real decent and professional man, and has shown his friendship and concern for the rest of us here. I doubt if he'll respond to any more baloney here, so don't look for it. Whatever energy he has to devote to solving the IMS quagmire set up for our demise will be placed elsewhere I'm sure- and many of you not interested enough to check in on our status will never know what he, or Tom are doing on your behalf.
I wonder if the current leaders of IMS have called the WSJ to come do a follow up on their story from last year? Tech companies always like good press. Wonder if they've called that reporter to come back with his notebook? That would be a fun read.
Go Tom, Semper Fi
