I don't know for sure that they will declare bankruptcy after the meeting. But, if the mgmt. issues are denied, you can bet that it will come very, very, very soon thereafter.

I don't really understand why people keep buying this stock. It is a shitty stock (as is Iomega).

I lost money on Iomega and cut my losses months ago. That is the prudent thing to do. Don't think a stock can't get cheaper. I can list 100 stocks for you that appeared cheap, and became much cheaper when they declared bankruptcy.

For Syqt investors' sake, I really hope that I am wrong. But I probably won't be.
