Good evening George,
I still don't understand the arrangement that your broker is proposing. Did you respond to Kerry's request for the broker's name and firm? As a minimum I would suggest you do a background check at
nasdr.com on both the broker and the firm (they say it takes up to 10 days but I got a response back in just a couple days).

If after that you really, really, really, really trust this guy, and if you know someone that has an account with this guy and is satisfied, and if you are prepared to accept that you might quite possibly lose all of the funds you invest with him, and if you have a firm basis for thinking that he might potentially make you big money, then you might consider investing there. Personally, I would consider
X the unknowns pick MAGSF at around 3, and/or possibly CS as you haven't given me any reason to expect that Don has either the interest or ability to make you big money. Whatever you decide, I hope that it works out extremely well for you. Conventional wisdom is probably that a mutual fund (like Vanguard US growth, or Von Wagoner emerging growth if you want to dream of speculative profits) is the proper vehicle for you.
Best Regards,
Garry
