The Linux Alternative
Developed through grass-roots collaboration, various flavors of the operating system Linux now abound for running on Pentium and slower Intel PCs. Business use, however, has not caught on at all, due to lack of support and available applications. But this week Corel announced they're making Wordperfect run on Linux. Good timing. Don't be surprised to see Microsoft point at Linux as proof that it doesn't have a monopoly in operating systems.
