Volume of effort (?). I said "in every respect". Look at the
comparison: an dubious(?) expert (TomK) causes a major hiccup
in INTC's valuation, OTOH all of Uncle Sam's power
has had hardly any effect on MSFT.

Going back to the baseball analogy: as a business in control
of its destiny, INTC appears to be in the little leagues when
compared with MSFT.
