I'm heartened that Wolanchuk still likes the stock. Today, Semi's and PC related stocks (and VLNC fits in, in a way, here) didn't have a real good day, what with the Merrill analyst's (Thomas Kurlak) stating that there will be an over supply of uProcessor chips. Even DELL was down 5.5%.

I wish I knew how Wolanchuk gets his information on VLNC. As he runs an investment organization, I am of the belief that, in his analyst's capacity, he can have rather frank discussions with management that an investor walking in off the sidewalk can't have (they would have to wait for press releases or analyst's output). I can imagine that the company is under extremely tight wraps to avoid internal leaks and insider lawsuits. EMC Corporation makes their employees sign a statement that they will not trade on information gleaned from inside the company, nor divulge such information, or trade the same day the information is made public. I suspect everybody in VLNC is aware of a similar policy.
