Hi Haim R. Branisteanu; Being a silly day-trader now, I think
DELL went up on sentiments due to its having a history of
immediately rewarding those who bought it at new all time
highs. Its reaction from those highs is not as predictable.
Sometimes it was a good idea to get out before the close,
but sometimes it kept going up. But the other half of the
rule is to get out when it noses over. Thus the steep
decline today.

I won't call it a panic cause a panic would be much, much
worse.
