Judy, I believe the University of Wisconsin is to test some instruments not the engine. I feel this may be a distraction to divert focus from the engine, From what I have read on this thread, this engine is a "starting" engine. Maybe designed to start a diesel or a turbine. Perhaps it is low power and low efficiency, and could be used for a weed trimmer or a leaf blower. 246810
