Mike, There doesn't seem to be news, good or ill. I can't imagine, however, that the Company would consider a secondary offering of 3 Million shares if there were any serious negatives expected in the near term. I have been watching the updates on the Yahoo research summaries for any negatives, as well...nothing shows negative that I can spot: biz.yahoo.com Earnings for the coming year still are projected at $.40, followed by $.70..giving a conservative target of 26 (using half the growth rate X projected earnings). OTOH, it was surprising to see CTEC break two support levels before stabilizing. Quite an over-reaction to the secondary offering, it woiuld seem... dlo
