Naw, it doesn't take steel cohones to short a company you've rigged to fail. Not that I'm saying TVSI is, but there've been plenty of examples of phony companies set up by these guys and their cronies purely for the purpose of pumpin n' shortin' n ' dumpin' into oblivion. The safe harbor act is a double edged sword. It essentially allows fraudsters to set up scam companies, make extravagant claims about potential contracts, joint ventures, etc. to pump up the price, then shrug their shoulders and say "oh well, just didn't work out" as they waltz off to Rio with another 10 million or so of grandma and grandpa's life savings. These people need to remember one thing. It WILL come back on them someday. The Ceaucescus found that out. The Albanian government did, too. The Indonesian government is finding it out right now. You can only screw the common man for so long, and then he WILL screw back. VIVA GORDITAS !!! I am there ! John M.
