Max: The market may make new highs... So, what does that mean... Another 5% or 10%??? Then what??? I know this has been said before, and then the market advanced 1000's of points higher... Asia is in the midst of a recession/depression... A look at the riots in Indonesia begin to show the severity of the problems... We are closing in on the year 2000 where there is a possibility of software and embedded chip failures that can really send our economy for a loop... The next 12 months (until mid 1999), may be the last hoorah for this market as it begins looking six months forward into the unknown of year 2000... So, beginning to think about capital preservation is not a bad idea... Jim
