On NWCI, a company you want to buy, the CEO has ethical questions in your eyes, even though he has never doen anything that is the least bit questionable, but in CD a company you already own, the CEO pockets soemwhere along the lines of 80 M by selling his shares, just before an accounting error that drops that stock by over 50% is reported, but nothing wrong there either, since you already own it!
