Rob,
What Martin doesn't get is that whether the $10MM investor/lender comes thru next week as planned, or not. It appears RMCW and RMIL each have been working on securing other sources of financing. So, if the investor gets stalled again, RMCW will use a Plan 'B'.
There are 53 investors from the private side of RMCW who are invested with the intention of RMCW being a publically traded company. I believe they can put up the colateral for a third-party loan if they felt that was their only alternative. The merger will be finalized before the forclosure. The creditor has agreed to partial payments and this is old news.
Now if Martin could tell us what Morgan brought back from Brazil, I'd believe he had a clue.
