5% of a 100,000,000 unit/year market is 5,000,000 CPUs!

At $800/copy, that amounts to $4 Billion/year just for the very high end Pentium II!

That $4 Billion is 67% GREATER than ALL OF AMD's 1997 Revenue.

Maybe AMD should figure out how to make 400 MHz Pentium IIs.
