I think I know what Compaq might be doing: Perhaps they've secretly negotiated with both Iomega and SyQuest to not include the other's drives in their boxes in exchange for a boatload of cash from each company. They will use the money to offset their losses on their LS-120 investment, then will incorporate the HiFD into future SKUs and stick-it to all of 'em. <g> Regards - Dale
