TMMI

Vegas,
thanx for the alert. But I don't think TMMI has the credentials to be regarded as anything besides a momentum play. An interesting case study, though - quite a soap opera with many characters intertwined.

First of all the thread has 8500+ posts. I parsed thru a good deal of it this evening. Point is the company seems to need no revenues <g> so it resorts to DILUTION. Currently 100 million shares issued, 200+ million possibly authorized. To many ifs and unless' in the air. Meanwhile the cash-burning machine goes on. A close-knit group of dedicated investors - true. However I prefer prospects instead.

This company needs to emerge from BK and then it needs an reverse split. This might be bad for current shareholders but a 10 million float is better suited to generate meaningful future earnnings per share than a 130 million float. June 17 is the next date - You are right. But as many can learn from events like the CVIA/WOTD merger huge floats cry for a reverse split - it WILL happen - so I wait before even considering TMMI. Anyway, they DO have promising technology. I'm patient - especially when I'm not yet into a stock - so is 99,9% of the investment public that is NOT into TMMI as of now..

So let me stress it again: my alert will be the time when either
1) reverse split is announced - I would buy after if at all
2) TMMI is merged into another company - the combined company should rather be considered..

best wishes
