Nice job on contacting the SEC PRO! Also, to answer ZTEC's question as to if C&D could be liable, the answer is yes. I recall that Joe Murphy, the president of DCTC, spoke of an incident where the company that was injured recouped the difference in stock price from the time it tanked until judgment of the suit (OUCH!). I do not have the full details, but companies obviously should not injure one another maliciously or financially.
