Of curiosity ... when does "insider information" become "formerly insider information". Seems to me that the SEC is interested in people trading on information that is still known only to insiders. Once the information (or rumor of the information) becomes known to a large number of people ... such as by posting on the Internet ... it is tradeable by all of those people???? Any other interpretations?
