All it takes is a 10 for 1 consolidation. You have to look at market cap and what it is worth. If the company makes a major breakthrough, the market cap will increase regardless of number of shares. At 100 million shares outstanding the market cap is 25-27 million. If they start selling, watch out. based on potential market anything can happen.
