There are several inaccuracies in this Stockwatch report and and just as much bias. They are too numerous to go through point by point so I will just say that to accept that version is the comic book approach.

The present Supreme Court action is not an appeal of a previous
decision. It is an action to overturn the resolutions to Minca/CVG of the Copper and Gold rights to Los Cristinas 4 and 6. It is already decided and over. The Supreme Court is not accepting any more briefs on the matter. It is unappealable and will not drag on for two or three years despite what Tejara-Paris is supposed to have been quoted as saying. There is a process of renewing those same rights through the MEM that may take some time but I feel the Supreme court who once went out of their way to do the MEM's work for them (Gazetting of Title) may just make an order in the same spirit to give Crystallex it's needed resolutions.

"Marc Oppenheimer does not return phone calls." Probably not if he knows he is going to be misquoted. He returns my calls.

I don't think anybody wants to go out on a limb and say what the time frame for the fourth ruling will be and what will happen after that. But there is no legal process that is conceivable after that for Dome and they would be the ones with the need to appeal at that juncture.

Whatever happens after the 4th ruling it would appear that if it is favourable to Crystallex the remaining gov't procedures and permittings are a fait accompli.

This curious news item was full of shadows and innuendo. "The collapse of the Carabobo concession." That Concession is still being proceeded with by the company. You can see what the intent of the item was. To wave arms and say everything negative they could. It was hardly an unbiased report. "Critics say." Who? What are their qualifications? How is money losing Crystallex going to pay for the infrastructure? If they own 22 million ounces of mineable gold I think they will attract financing.

Unbelievable juvenile crap. I wouldn't doubt that they misquoted Tejara-Paris wholesale.
