First, let me say that none of the negative aspects of PKGP have me reconsidering my investment in PKGP... the stock is at 7cents.. if it was at 70cents or whatever I'd certainly want some more answers. 1) There was a very short time frame not too long ago when ONLY 9million shares were currently outstanding and YET, 93million shares traded. How is that possible? Floorless debentures?? I don't think so... More likely a huge naked short position. 2) According to the company there HAVE NOT been any more shares issued to the overseas people in quite some time. the CEO himself says he doesn't feel that the high volumes are floorless shares coming into the market but rather that the MM's are using every trick in the book to try and scare people into selling as a result of a massive short position. How big is the short position? I don't know. Could be alot less than 93million.. could be 30million.. NO way of knowing. 3) Will the company be issuing more shares to the overseas people? Remains to be seen. 4) If they do issue more shares... who will they be to and what for? Let's hope that whatever shares IF ANY are issued that the return on the share issuing is WELL JUSTIFIED and that the company is smart enough to NOT issue any floorless or REG S. 5) When will we get our opportunity to speak with the company again? This remains to be seen. The company has ONSITE right now an SEC council to help oversee all activities of the company. Maybe this is because the company found out about the leak and DOES NOT want anything to screw up some of these rumored deals they have in the works. 6) So we have no one to talk to regarding our questions? For the time being, that's right; however, I have heard that there will be a press release coming soon (or annoucement) by the company as to someone that CAN and WILL interact with shareholders and investor related questions. Hopefully, we'll see it this week as I know we'd all like to have some of the things mentioned above cleared up as well as other issues I'm sure. Hopefully this answers or at least let's you know where I stand as well. With a stock that has come from $1.34 down to 5cents.. and now 7cents... I'm NOT judging the company too harshly. I have some things that I too would like addressed. But the risk/reward on this one is still VERY minimal and I'll not sell my shares UNLESS the company does something "VERY STUPID"... or the stock price reaches a level that says, "take some profit"... I even told the CEO this when we talked... I just think the good far outweighs the bad at this point. It's hard to find a 7cent stock that doesn't have some negative baggage.. right!? And works VERY VERY hard and is greatly appreciated for his efforts. jim
