I agree, a lot of good news it will be tough to keep this one down much longer. IMO. And one last note, after owning a Service and Tourist business for several years it has come down to this, The customer is not always right. The majority of the time this will hold true, but unfortunately there are a few vendors and customers that would be more appropriately scheduled for a firing squad instead. I just placed myself in negotiations thinking of what would be best for my company. I am sure TSIS did the same but your dealing with Self Centered thinking at AMAT, just another indication of employees afraid to make a decision because of possible repercussions. All this is strictly my opinion.

I do agree with Barbara that it would be an endless list of vendors that would want to do the same as TSIS, but business is business and precedent is hard to break.
