Steve: I would guess when Maxam originally set the date of the AGM, they fully expected to have good news to release prior to, or at the meeting. They haven't talked about their production plans in several months. The last word was April, modified to after the 1st quarter. Obviously, there was no production in April, and from the stock price, I can only conclude there is still no firm plans for when they will begin production. Maybe the AGM will shed some light on this. I just wish one desert dirt would be as forthright with their problems as they are eager to release good news. The way all of the dirts make promises, and then just ignore them with no explanation is insulting to their shareholders.
