George, I am far more aware of ECO2 than I would like to be. Bought at $2, sold at $0.12 and you are correct about the SEC. I filed complaints with them well over a year ago concerning Ledford & assoc. and have heard NOTHING. As to Sloan-Fitzgerald, I have heard quite a bit and none of it good. Best I can tell they have 2 customers, ETMP and JT's Restaurants. They love spam mail, don't return phone calls and put out press releases with little or no truth to them. Not the kind of company you want to be associated with (something I have told ETMP on several occasions ). IMO, ETMP in not the scam ECO2 was but rather a company that let their promoter get totally out of control. Their products do have some basis in fact. Everything I have found indicates Excaliber really is going to manufacture the Eventemp units for ETMP, starting around Aug.. Will the company work??? Who knows....but I have taken a small gamble on it....a fact which should scare most everyone else away (it seems that almost everything I have bought in the past year ((except ABTX)) has fallen on hard times). If you hear anything, good or bad, about ETMP please let me know. Have Fun, Paul
