Hey how are you? As I'm sure you can see, I'm on my trial period on SI, so I am
unable to post. I wanted to point something out however, and I hope you will post a
message on it.
I agree that the fact that Dr. Hinton and Mr. Craft didn't file with the SEC about selling
shares is problematic. However, Dr. Hinton has been working full time for this
company for no cash compensation. One does have to feed themselves and pay the
rent and other things. Also, there is a section on page 12 of the 10KSB under the
"Results of Operations" section which says the following: "the Company was
dependent upon the funds provided by non-interest bearing loans from the Company's
executive officer and directors, from a consultant, as well as from the private placement
of its securities to private investors."
We can see that while Dr. Hinton is bringing in some cash by selling some shares, he is
also being generous enough to extend interest-free loans to the company. I am just
trying to make sure a balanced picture is presented here; your prior posts could
unnecessarily spook some investors, which would be a detriment to everyone involved
with ADGI. Thanks, and have a great weekend!
